Dentures
Comfortable, natural-looking BPS dentures for complete or partial tooth replacement — fabricated using a scientifically validated system for the best possible fit.
What are dentures?
Dentures are removable replacements for missing teeth and surrounding gum tissue. We provide BPS (Biofunctional Prosthetic System) dentures — a premium fabrication system that produces better-fitting, more natural-looking and more comfortable dentures than conventional methods.
BPS dentures are designed using a scientifically validated system that accounts for jaw movement and muscle function — resulting in a far more comfortable and stable fit.
Types of dentures we offer
- Complete dentures — when all teeth are missing in an arch (upper or lower)
- Partial dentures — when some natural teeth still remain
- BPS dentures — premium fit, aesthetics and comfort for complete cases
- Immediate dentures — placed immediately after extraction so you are never without teeth
How the procedure works
Initial examination
We assess your mouth, gums and bone structure to plan the best denture solution.
Impressions
Precise impressions of your mouth are taken to fabricate dentures that fit accurately.
Jaw relationship recording
We record how your upper and lower jaws relate to each other for a natural bite.
Wax try-in
A wax model of your denture is created. You try it in and approve the look and feel before final fabrication.
Final fitting
The finished denture is fitted and adjusted. Follow-up visits fine-tune the fit.
Frequently asked questions
Will dentures feel natural?
Modern BPS dentures are designed to fit snugly and function comfortably. There is an adjustment period of 2–4 weeks while your mouth and muscles adapt.
Can I eat normally with dentures?
Most foods are fine. Start with soft foods and cut food into smaller pieces initially. Avoid very hard or sticky foods.
How do I care for my dentures?
Remove and rinse after eating, brush daily with a soft brush and mild soap (not toothpaste — it is too abrasive), and soak overnight in a denture solution. Continue regular dental checkups.
How long do dentures last?
With good care, dentures last 5–8 years. Your mouth changes shape over time, so periodic adjustments or replacements are normal.
What if my denture becomes loose over time?
This is normal as the jawbone changes shape. We can reline or rebase the denture to restore a good fit. Do not use over-the-counter adhesives as a long-term solution.
